- 1/2 kg Chicken boneless strips men cut kar lein ( Lambi)
- 2 medium Piyaz slices kar lein
- 1 Shimla Mirch strips men cut kar lein (lambi)
- 2 tbsp Adrak strips mein lambi kati hui
- 3 Hari Mirch strips mein kati hui
- 1 tbsp Hara dhania ke patty chopped huy
- 2 timatar chopped cubes mein katy huy
- 1 tbsp Laal mirch powder full spoon
- 1/4 tsp Haldi
- 1/2 tsp Kali Mirch
- 1/4 Cup Ketchup
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp Mustard powder
- 1 tsp dp sauce
- 1/4 tsp Garam masala
- 3/4 tsp Salt/Namak
- 1/4 Cup Oil

Instructions
- Sub se phele ek karahi mein oil garam karke piyaz daal dein, 1 minute fry ke bad us mein lambi kati hui Adrak dalain.
- Usky bad chicken shamil kar dain takreeban 5 minute pakany ke bad us mein pisi laal mirch, kali mirch, haldi, mustard powder, namak, soy sauce, ketchup, dp sauce shamil kar dein.
- Thora pakany ke bad us mein 1/2 cup pani ke sath timatar ki cubes, shimla mirch, hari mirch aur hara dhania ke patty daal dein,
- Thora pakane ke bad jam timatar naram se hojaye tou dish out kar lein aur chawal ya nan ke sath serve karain.
