Chand pattay palak
½ pao lal kaddu
1 pao basin
Namak (Haasbe zaika)
tail/ghee (Haasbe zarorat)
Method/ Instructions:
- Sab se pehly tamam sabziyon ko kat lain.
- Phir thoray pani main basin ghol lain, yad rahay basin patla nhi mota mota ghol lain.
- Ab karhai main tail/ghee garam Karain or sabzion par basin charha kar tal lain.
- Badami rangat honay par utar lain.
