- 1 Gathi Palak/Spinach
- 2 tbsp Hara dhania ke patty Chopped kar lein
- 3/4 Cup Bread crumbs
- 1+1/2 tbsp Corn Flour
- 1 tsp Adrak & lassan paste
- 2 Chutki Namak/salt
- 1/2 Cup Mozzarella cheese Kadukash hui
- 1 small Piyaz Bareek kata hua
- 1 tbsp Kuti hui laal mirch
- 1 tbsp Butter/Makhan Melt hua
- Oil Deep Fry ke liye

- Sub se phele palak ko achi tarah dho lain, uske baad ek pan garam karke palak daal dein aur 1 tbsp pani shamil karke 3 se 4 minute tak paka kar palak ko naram kar lein.
- Uske bad palak ko blender mein daal kar pani shamil kiye bagair palak ka 1/4 cup taqreeban paste ( puree) bana lein.
- Ab ek bowl lein us mein ya palak ka paste dal dein aur corn flour aur bread crumbs ke sath mix kar lein.
- Hara dhania ke patty, butter, namak bhi shamil kar lain, aur thora goondh lein take iska perra ban saky.
- Uske bad iski balls bana lein 8-10, phir mozzarella cheese, piyaz aur kuti laal mirch ki bhi 8-10 balls bana lein.
- Ab haath pe thora oil laga kar palak wali balls ko press krke flat/patla kar lain.
- Ab iske bad cheese wali balls ko is ke beech mein rakh dein aur palak waly pairy se cover karke bund karke bilkul seal kar dein ek bhi crack na ho, or goll balls bana lein ( hath men thora oil laga kar karen.)
- Iske bad in balls ko deep fry karen aur golden/brown hone tak fry karke kisi paper towels pe rakh dain take oil khushk ho jaye.
- Sauce/chutney ke sath serve karain.
