- Sub se pehlay mutton chops ko tikka masala,dahi,adrak lassan paste,pisi hui lal mirch,pisa zeera or pisay dhaniay se 2 se 3 ghantay kay liay marinate ker lain.
- Ab aik pateeli main thora oil garam ker kay piyaz,kuta hua lassan,chicken cube,namak or kuti lal mirch daal ker halka sa fry ker lain.
- Jub achi tarah fry hojay tu marinate hui chops pateeli main daal ker bhoon lain.
- Pateeli main aik cup pani daal dain or chops ko galany kay liay rakh dain.
- Jub chops achi tarah gal jain tu tez anch ker kay is ka pani khushk ker lain.
- Akhir main dish main nikal ker 2 nimbo kaat ker uper se daal dain. Hari chutney or salad kay sath serve karain.
