- 4 Cup Water
- 1 tbsp Namak/salt
- 1 Cup Oil
- 1 tsp Pisa hua dhania Bhara hua chamcha
- 1 tsp Bhuna kuta zeera bhara hua chamcha
- 1/2 tsp Namak/salt
- 1 tbsp Kali Mirch
- 3 Hari Mirch Lambi Kati hui
- 1/2 Kg Timatar/Tomatoes Bech se ady cut karny hain.

Instructions
- Sub se phely 4 cup mani mein 1 tbsp namak, mutton boil karen sabut hari mirch ke sath jab tak gosht gul jay or pani dry hojy.
- Ab ek pan mein 1 cup pani, mutton or tamatar dal dein aur pan ko cover kar dein thori der bad jab tamatar ky chilka alag hony lagy tou chamcy se chilka nikal lein.
- Ab oil shamil karke saray batay gye masalay daal dein... Ab jab tak pakain jab tak tamatar soft ho jain...
- Ab extra oil alag se nikal lein or hari mirch cut karke serve karain.
