- 1 Kg Chicken Bone Less
- 2 tbsp Adrak & lassan paste
- 1/2 bowl Dahi yogurt
- 2 tbsp Lal mirch powder/pisi hui
- Namak/salt Hasbe zaiqa
- 1 tsp Kali Mirch pisi hui
- 1 tsp Saif mirch pisi hui
- 2 tbsp Zeera pisa hua
- 2 tbsp Dhania pisa hua
- 1/2 tsp Chinese Salt
- 2 tbsp Kuti laal mirch
- 2 tbsp Chicken tikka masala
- 1 tsp Garam masala
- Food Color
- Mozzarella cheese Kadukash

Instructions
- Sabse pehle ek bowl lain aur batai gai sari ajza ko chicken mein achi tarah mix kar lein.
- Uske bad ek pan mein 1 tbsp ke sath chicken ko paka lain.
- Jab chicken puk jaye aur color change ho jaye tou nikal lein, chicken ab rolls mein fill karne ke liye tayar hai.
- Ab roll ki pati mein chicken fill karke fry kar lain.
- Aur chutney/sauce ke sath serve karein.
