  1. Sub se pehle chicken ko oil mein fry kar lein aur ek side pe rakh dein.
  2. Phir us karahi mein 10 piyaz pink hone tak fry karen aur 5 timatar daal dein.
  3. Uske bad saray dry masalay daal dein aur dahi/yogurt , chicken aur adrak lassan paste ke sath pakain.
  4. Agar chicken ko aur soft krna hou tou thora pani aur shamil kar dein.
  5. Jab chicken ka color change hojaye aur pak jaye tou piyaz aur timatar wale pan mein shamil kar dein.
  6. 10 minute tak mazeed pakain aur achi tarha mix kar lein.
  7. Usky bad dish out kar lein , hara dhania aur hari mirch se garnish karke garam garam serve karain.
