  • 1/2 Kg Boneless chicken cubes
  • 1+1/2 Cup Dahi yogurt
  • 2 Hari Mirch
  • 2 Medium Piyaz/Onion
  • 1 tbsp Adrak pasaste
  • 1 tbsp Lassan paste
  • 15 Badam/Almonds
  • Kuti hui laal mirch Hasbe ziaqa
  • 2 tsp Hara dhania powder
  • 1 tsp Pissa hua Zeera
  • Salt Hasbe zaiqa
  • 1 tbsp Shan White Karahi Masala
  • 1 Elaichi
  • 2 1 Inch stick Dar Chini
  • 1 Big Nimbu/Lemon
  • 1 tbsp Adrak Lambi kati hui
  • Oil
  • Water

  • 1 Elaichi
  • 2 1 Inch stick Dar Chini
  • 1 Big Nimbu/Lemon
  • 1 tbsp Adrak Lambi kati hui
  • Oil
  • Water

Instructions
  1. Sub se phele blender mein piyaz hari mirch aur bilkul thora sa pani dal kar blend karen aur smooth paste bana lein.
  2. Ab ek pan mein 3 tbsp oil daal kar usko garam kar lein aur us mein 1 elaichi, dar chini aur piyaz hari mirch ka banaya hua paste daal kar halki aanch pe pakain.
  3. Uske baad jab pan mein mixture se pani khushk ho jaye aur kinary se brown hone lagy (pura mixture brown na ho) tou adrak lassan paste daal kar pakain aur phir chicken daal dein.
  4. Aur chamcha chalain aur usky bad Laal mirch kuti hui , salt/namak, hara dhania powder, zeera, white karahi masala kar darmiyani aanch pe chamcha chalain.
  5. Jab chicken color change hojaye uar pak si jaye tou ek blender mein skin ke sath badam, dahi aur bilkul thora sa pani daal kar blend karke paste bana lein.
  6. Ya paste bana kar chicken mein daal kar chamcha chalti rahen jab ya boil honey lagy tou handi apni shi gravy ke sath tayar hy.
  7. Uske bad Nimbu ka ras aur kati hui adrak daal kar mix kar lein.
  8. Silver coated Badam, hari mirch aur adrak garnish karke serve karain.
