- Sub se phele mash huy aloo aur baki saray ajza ko achi tarha mix kar lain.
- Usky baad hari mirch ko khol lain aur uske beej nikal lain.
- Usky baad hari mirch mein yeh aloo ka mixture fill kar dain.
- Phir andy mein dip karke bread crumbs se coat kar lain uske phir andy mein dip karke bread crumbs se coat karke deep fry kar lain aur suace ke sath serve karain.
