Ingredients:
½ kilo bund gobhi
½ kilo ghosht
½ pao ghee
½ pao dahi
1 tbsp adrak lehson(pisa hua)
1 tsp surkh mirch
1 tsp namak
2 adad piyaz
Method/ Instructions:
- Sab se pehly ghosht ko saf kar ke dho lain phir is ke tukray kat ke kar rakh lain.
- Tamam masalay pice kar dahi main dal dain.
- Ek degchi main piyaz kat kar badami rang ki kar lain phir is main masala mili dahi main baghar dain.
- Jab dahi bhon jaye to is main ghosht dal dain ab in tamam ashiya ko achi tarhan bhon lain.
- 1 cup pani dal kar paknay ke liye rakh dain, jab ghosht gal jaye to or pani bhi khushk to bunddh gobhi kat kar dal dain.
- Thori dair bhoney ke bad dam dain.
- Ab chawal ya roti se nosh farmayen.
