Ingredients
  1. 1 pao keema
  2. 1 pao aalo
  3. ½ pao maida
  4. 1 tsp surkh mirch(pisi hui)
  5. ½ tsp garam masala(pisa hua)
  6. 1 tsp piyaz(pisi hui)
  7. Tail(Haasbe zarorat)
  8. Namak(Haasbe zaika)
Instructions
  1. Sab se pehlay keemay main piyaz or tamam masalay adhay adhay dal kar ubal lain.
  2. Aalo ko alehdah se ubal kar chilkay utar lain or inka bhurta bana lain.
  3. Ab baki tamam masalay in main mila kar keemay ko alag pice lain.
  4. Ab maida ko gondh kar us ke pairay bana lain.
  5. Un pairon ke beach main dono cheezain thori thori dal kar bail lain or karhai main mojudah garam tail main tal lain.
  6. Keema aalo puriyan bhi tyar hain.
